restricted account re-instated excluding specific regions

Hello,

I am wondering if any of you had similar experience that restricted account due to INR/BBE one year ago completely that any selling activities were not possible to any regions, got now limits lifted however only U.S. and Canada excluded.

It was not stealth account, 10+ years aged account over 1000 feedback and on my real business info.

That limitation to other countries except U.S. lifted after my dozens of mails and phone calls during one year but all not helped at all, i had started sending e-mail just once a month by then and now such a news come up.

Now what i wonder is if it will be possible to get limitation removed for U.S. and Canada as well in time ? Shall i keep sending mails or it is helpless ?

Also i wanted to mention that even though my account was registered in U.S., i was told by the eBay team on facebook that the restriction made by Hong Kong eBay, it is strange too since i had no any sales to Hong Kong and i am still eligible to sell to Hong Kong but only not to U.S. and Canada...

Yes, it does allow me to save listing with item location in U.S. or Canada, no problem with that. Problem is it does not let me post listing on ebay.com at all and in ebay.co.uk, also need to exclude United States and Canada as delivery locations, only then it allows me to publish the listing.

I have some around friends and familiar persons around but it does not give me the same taste in trade as how i doing with my own account which had thousands of reviews and aged over 10+.

open new accounts and use this to sell in europe

for future accounts use USA fulfillment to avoid disputes , in this case they will not restrict you like this , main issue is despatch that was taking too long
