I've made a few eBay accounts now, tried selling cheap items(around £15)
A hour later I get a "your account is under review" then 24 hours later the account is suspended, I am looking for some advice on what the best method is for creating eBay accounts

Before, for some reason the listing takes 24 hours to go live on the site, not sure if that's normal, but the account is blocked before it's even up for sale,I'm using a new address, mobile number, IP, the only thing the same is the device and Mac address, not sure if they matter, I have made a new user on my laptop and phone, so going to try that way

No, I avoid adding a bank account until I know the account won't be blocked, I usually add it after a couple days, once it's been a couple days selling and no issues, it's then fine to add, it's worked fine in the past this way, I'm in the UK by the way

What is your account creation process?
Its normal for the first listing to take 24+ hours to go live

PS: not adding a bank account for USA is a no no.
But for UK I'm unsure.
You need to read the stealth guide.

Adding a bank isn't needed for UK to open a sellers account, only when a item is sold and a payout is due, that's when I add it because I know then the account is usually fine but the bank isn't the reason for the suspension as I have a few banks and don't mix but my method is as follows
I have a IPS with dynamic IP so it changes multiple times a day, I'll make a new user on my phone so it's fresh, I'll then open a eBay account on Google Chrome, I'll add an address(friends or family address) I usually get free SIM cards online and use them so the mobile number is always 1 per account, once the account is setup, I'll leave it for around 24 hours, sometimes 2 days, sometimes a week, I'll purchase something on it, something relatively cheap, i feel like it gives the account some credibility, not sure if that matters to ebay, I'll then list a cheap item for sale(£15) most accounts have limits of 10 items and £150 and some 35 and £380, regardless they will still get limited or suspended, sometimes minutes after or could be hours, some restrictions i lift by ringing but 24 hours later its suspended, not sure if ringing for a full suspension is going to get any good results but yeah, that's the jest of it

Like Murdered by Ebay said,
You do not need to add bank until you get your first order, but you should have a bank account ready to add.

It may not be needed but it's good practice to have an account verified and confirmed. It gives you less scrutiny.
Stop using your phone. Use a real computer.
have you read the stealth guide yet? If not, I recommend you do so

Made a eBay account two days ago on my laptop and today tried to open a sellers and restricted within a minute, phoned up and it's now unrestricted, limits are 50k items and 50k allowance, lets see how long this lasts

I mean I picked up a cheap laptop for £80 so most should be able to have access to a computer
