ASINs triggered account review, ASINs reinstated but account still seems under review
A couple of my ASINs triggered an account review. They requested invoices for sales covering the past 365 days, etc and I submitted them and they were accepted and I received an email stating that the ASINs were reinstated. Account health - all good. No issues whatsoever.
However, I am unable to disburse any funds and the available funds at end of settlement is also 0 although all my orders have been delivered and I have about $5k balance on the account.
I see this additional box on my account health page: Payment Policy Funds are held while your account is under review. Learn more.
Any idea what is going on?
Everything looks alright, no "appeal" button anywhere and account health is good, valid tracking is 100% and order defect rate is 0.
I contacted support and they said that my account health was good and that I can continue selling as usual. However, if I cannot see an option to disburse any funds (even at settlement end), I see that as a red flag.
Any help would be appreciated.
