Getting Approved for Restricted ASINS

How do you go about getting approved for restricted ASINs. I actually have the brand owners approval to sell, but it seems like they are not even sure who I contact. what should I do?

You are not approved to list this product. You will need to contact the brand owner to become an authorized seller of this product on Amazon.

Depends on the asin category honestly.

If you already have the approval from the owners and you have documents, it's a straight forward process since it'll ask you to apply.

But if you don't and you happen to deal with a band owner like me who doesn't grant any kind of approval, then the asin will be locked.

I am dealing with a brand owner like you, but I'm in contact with the head office, and they sent me translated documents, but Amazon isn't accepting it.

It's the USA office who seems to be restricting me then, is this blocked by the brand owner in the USA, or is it blocked by Amazon?

There doesn't seem to be any ASIN approval, but once in a while I see brand new sellers selling the item, which makes no sense as it's not some small company, but a giant brand.

Can be tough to get at times - especially when they hear you are trying for Amazon or online sales...

Contact seller performance or maybe even jeffs team and provide all the relevant information to get it open

Sometimes you just have to age the account and wait until its open for selling
