Listings are still inactive after confirmation of Seller Identity?

After i got the approve to sell email from Amazon 3 days ago:

""We have finished our review of your account. You may now sell on Amazon.com, Amazon.ca, and Amazon.com.mx. "

Today, my Amazon account status is still: Inactive.

Is anyone experiencing this bug or glitch?

Looks like you passed the initial setup, did you submit your docs as well? It sounds like you are at that step. At the top left of seller central you may see a red flag, click it, seller performance will require docs for further review. Check your case logs too.

i already submitted all of the docs and received the email from them:

"Hello,

We have finished our review of your account.

You may now sell on Amazon.com, Amazon.ca, and Amazon.com.mx.

For further information about seller account, click the Get Support link at the bottom of any page in Seller Central.

It is Individual Account, all of my other accounts are fine except this one.

Check your case logs, is there anything pending or all they all answered?

they already answered as the same message they email me.

Did you message Seller Performance and tell them you had a valid credit card on file?

I'm thinking of re-submit the docs again to see what will happen, will update the result.

OP did you switch from pro to individual account or vice versa?

open a case and mention it to them , they're active and answering these days

got it fix automatically when i re-uploaded the doc. Don't have to open a case or contact support. Must be some glitches on Amazon now aday.

No, i did not switch the account. The account is individual.

Sometimes it glitches out and does that.

It happens a lot to inactive stores that get downgraded to individual

Typically you have to re-upload verification to get active listings again
