I always feel sorry and empathetic to folk who are abused at the hands of eBay, but I feel even more sorry as they seem like they are going to change eBay with their intervention and all the lip service they recieved from the eBay 'General Manager'....
kinda funny in parts as the "General Manager' repeated the same gaslighting comments we get from the eBay reps while they mugg us off
