Permanent Suspension is Reinstated by The US Agents

The US Agents have the power to reinstate Permanent Suspension; I take my chance and it works! , I believed that permanent suspension would never reinstated, especially for overseeing accounts so I hung up the phone with the Asian agent and waited to have a call from the US agent they are professional and kind agents.

At least they have more authority and power to remove restrictions than other country's agents

How did you manage to reach US support ? If they are available only for US account holders ?

because the phillipines agents work with a strict script, that can only be over ridden by a floor manager.The manager sets the tone for the day and what parameters need to be followed, so they most likely operate as robots instead of humans

For europe we dont have call back. This is only for US, Canada and only on +1 numbers.

You can log in, but it wont change your number to US number where they only do callbacks.

Here in the UK if you get an Irish agent you will get good results from them. I have found that there are certain times when you can get connected with the Irish when the Philippines are under resourced such as their night time.
