can't post to other addresses when buying as guest or new account

can i ONLY order to my personal name and home address if i buy as a guest, or can i order to a business address with the name of another person? If I use my own monzo virtual debit card that hasn't been used on another account? As a guest how can i order to another name and or another address that is not my billing address when i buy expensive products?

it is easier to open buyer accounts , you open 20+ accounts and can order through them regularly

ebay are not strict to buyers , it is when people open a seller account they get clipped

when you say it's easier to open buyer accounts, what do you mean, are you guaranteeing me when i open an ebay account that I can send the product to a different address that isn't my card billing name and address? What about for brad new accounts that are less than 1 week or 1 month old

I haven't experimented with that and it feels dangerous adding new addresses all the time.

@OP, as a guest checkout...you can enter any address and name you wish as long as payment method works out - credit card is a better method if you have access to one

my monzo and revolut cards have stopped working, do i need to give them a cooldown time before I can use them again to try and make a purchase? They won't even work now when i try to ship to my own address, the payment will go through and then be reverted.

dropping is fine but not retail arbitrage

When was the last time they worked?

they worked previously the same month and I was doing the same activity, ordering to different addresses.
