Like Paypal,or any credit card provider,if you gets too many chargebacks,then they will withhold some of your money ,

In the UK there is no 10% reserve, for personal sellers after February 4th they get paid 2 days after delivery, business sellers next day after sale. They can amend those terms accordingly to whether the seller is new or has issues with their selling. But no blanket 10% hold.
