Payout Didn't Go Through

I have had a bank attached to my ebay account for about 1-2 months now

I have been accepting payouts no problem up until 4 days ago. eBay has tried to send my payout to the bank attached 4x now and it has not went through all 4x.

Anyone that has had this issue, how did you fix it?

Do i just re-add the same bank account and try to reverify it that way?

Or do i need to add a whole new bank account?

Citi bank for one of them

Have you asked Citibank why?

is it physical citibank or collection account rented from a financial company?

what is the routing number?

if it has been working and not working now,the problem is the receiving bank,could be some new policy?

You might have to check with your bank to make sure there isn't a restriction on your account - have you any recent withdrawals?
