Using Veeqo on ebay account -- Previously Suspended User
I was suspended on eBay for 9 years. Just got back on. I was suspended before managed payments, and all eBay ever had for me was paypal/ssn/EIN that I no longer use. No software subs, or thirdparty shipping -- I wasn't sophisticated back then.
Fast foward 9 years, I've been selling on Amazon since eBay booted me. I've since created an LLC, etc. My new eBay account is under all of my wife's info. The only piece of information that is the same from the banned account is our address. I haven't used my eBay account to buy ever since.
My question, how comfortable would you be connecting a Veeqo account to eBay to streamline shipping, The veeqo account is connected to me (banned) person. I don't see my name in Veeqo anywhere, but it's registered to my amazon account which is an LLC, but is ultimately tied to me. Veeqo has been used on machines that probably have my digital fingerprint all over them, cookies, and what not.
Is there even a remote chance eBay could find my digital fingerprint using Veeqo, link the account and ban me? I'm thinking yes, the FBI could, but eBay, probably not in this case? Like why would they even look at it? I'm pretty paranoid when it comes to this stuff. I did not have Veeqo at the same time I was on eBay.
Current setup is a dedicated laptop for ebay using a phone tethered to it for internet.
My proposed use case of veeqo is to connect Ebay orders to it, with all of my other business so I can print labels centrally, rather than emailing myself PDFs all day long to print.
In the meantime, I'm going to ask Veeqo what info they share with eBay as part of the user integration. It could be they only share a token, and there's no way for eBay to see who really runs the veeqo account.
Would you advise against this? Too Risky?
