Facebook disabled my account, which managed 20 big groups
Hi guys,
Last Wednesday, my Facebook account was permanently disabled due to an integrity issue. Here’s what happened:
I’ve been using a different name and surname from my real one for 7 years, and it was fine until now.
Suspension: First, my account was suspended. I was asked to submit my ID, a selfie, and confirm my mobile number, which I did.
Disabled Account: An hour later, I received a decision from Facebook stating that my account had been disabled. They also mentioned that I have the right to challenge their decision in court.
When I log in now, I only have the option to download my data, with the following message:
We have disabled your account
We have checked your account and found that it still violates our Community Standards regarding account integrity. You cannot ask to reconsider this decision. To learn more about the reasons why we disable accounts, read the Community Standards.
You may have the right to challenge our decision before a court in your country or to refer it to a certified dispute settlement authority.
Download your information
What can be done in such a situation? Is it possible to recover my account or regain access to my groups, which I care about the most? I have already sent an email to support, but they haven’t replied. I’m looking for other options. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
I’m extremely upset because I’ve lost all my groups, which were my main source of income. On top of that, I now have to refund money from annual contracts I had signed, and I’ve lost my entire livelihood.
If you can contact them through your business account, it’s easier to reach support. If you have active Facebook Ads accounts or a Business Manager, you may get priority support via Meta Business Help. Of course, I’ll pay if you can restore my account or just my groups, which currently have no admins, only moderators, and some even lack moderators.
Thank you for any help.
