I found a seller that has the ability to have listings not show up in the main search and also not in his profile.
BUT the listing show up in similar items when you search an item and click on it that's when you see his item... I'm assuming he pays for promoted listings to achieve this.

I'm trying to replicate this but I have been unsuccessful and I've tried many things.

The seller uses a Philippines eBay account with payoneer it's non-US Canada UK etc
He has the item location set for USA state...Texas zip code

I was following the seller and I realized one day that items wouldn't pop up that I remember he had and a week later I saw them all pop back up again and then I saw him take them down but yet I could still access the listings with links and then I noticed they also will show up if I click a item from a different seller that is similar ... It shows up in a similar listings that I click on, but his profile doesn't show anything and his items won't show up in search.

They are in stock also.
I believe this is a very useful loophole/hack to get around things.

I will pay the reward in crypto, first to DM or message how to do this gets it

AMZN,Ebay and Etsy are all good at hiding our listings.

I'm pretty sure your city/zip code was blocked by them that is how.

Unsure of how to find the block zip code, but I was technically using 2 accounts at different times and both weren't showing up

Do you think they may have some sort of auto-listing software that periodically removes and relists product?
I'll dig a little see If I can find anyone who offers something like this.

Well the items don't get removed and relisted, they are still there...
It's almost like he's tricked the eBay search to not show results to USA or worldwide customers, but somehow only shows up in the promoted listings when you go to a item that is similar and scroll down where it shows items similar/sponsored by eBay section

I have seen it before where it doesn't show on desktop, but if you view from the app you're able to see. Sometimes its not strictly to block from a city, I personally think it's to negate third party sites that use bots to report listings.

Most of these companies all use desktop, therefore if you remove that from search you're still normal via mobile where most traffic is anyways. I wouldn't personally do this, but it's not the first time I've seen it.

I've seen this on Taobao also.
