After how long or how many sales would you consider your ebay account safe?

I would like some info from all of you, what gives you the green light that your ebay account is safe from reactivate messages or any sudden suspension.

I have an account over 2 months old and ive been listing like 4-8 items on it weekly im wondering if this account is considered safe

Different bots roam the site,with millions of listings,it takes time .
If you sell items between a certain price range and all of a sudden,you are selling much higher priced items,if there is police reports in your area of certain type of merchandise,if someone reports you,if you have items with high quantity,using stock photos,high risk,controversial items,illegal ,knockoff,counterfeits.
Ebay is not the only one patroling its sites,FBI,DEA,IRS,brand names ,local police US customs,they all do.
Someone sold but never ship ,it turns out he is raising fund for US terrorism,once there is a raid of a shopping center in CA,sellers in that zipcode started selling high end dept items,all these attract attention of BIG BROTHER !
