Bank card accepted on uk market place but bring rejected other market places....fix r

I signed upto Amazon added my bank card HSBC successful verified for UK market place.

But then error message comes up for other non UK market places even though I only want to sell in the UK only

The Amazon associate told me get a different card but that's a joke you can't try opening up bank accounts for the same thing to happen again

What card or bank is everyone else using?
