Smile Do Amazon notify when sending data to hmrc?

Hello Peeps
Do Amazon notify you (as ebay do) when they send your sales data to hmrc?
I've sold plenty on Amazon in the past - my last sale being back in 2019 and they haven't contacted me regarding sending any info.

Does that mean they haven't yet sent anything?

Would it trigger them to send the info to hmrc if I start selling on that account again?
Any input would be much appreciated
TIA

amazon are paranoid about laws so that they frequently overreact and ask for things that are not even required by law

so the answer is yes , if you are a UK amazon seller who fits the criteria you will be reported regardless of anything else and even if amazon get a fine of 100 pounds because you may not have NIN on file this will not matter to them although they will likely ask you to add it if they have not done so yet

I've not heard anything from them yet - Do Amazon notify notify you (as ebay do) by way of email, when they forward your sales data?

You should have closed your account before 2025, if so you wouldn't have this kind of issue.
personally I wouldn't worry about this too much, it's 2019, amazon shouldn't send your info to HMRC.

hello! Amazon doesn't usually notify you when sharing data HMRC,but they're required to under UK tax rules. if you started selling again, especially above thresholds,it could definitely trigger reporting.its best to stay compliant and keep records just in case.
