Can I create a new eBay business account with the same EIN of my LLC?...

I had an eBay Business account with all my LLC information; everything was going well but was suspended because of a prohibited product (Cream). Can I create a new one, with new Email address, business address, phone number?, I want to be sure if I can put the same EIN, as I only have one LLC...

I tried EIN signup and still got asked for a SSN of the business key shareholder/owner.

Are you from the US? Cuz the last business account I tried to use I got requested for SSN still. eBay themselves say so. Are you a single member LLC or sole prop? How long were you operating without them asking?
