Hi, my account was suspended. I think it was because I made the microdeposits, but I'm not sure. Now I've appealed, and they're asking me to send ID, but I can't access the link to upload the files because I'm suspended. Is there a solution? The agents don't know how to fix it.

How many agents have you tried to speak to? Some are more knowledgeable than others but...takes time to find one :(

Basically, find any way to contact them outside of the suspended account and explain that you need to get your ID to them.
