Problem with Citibank Ireland bank statement

Hello, will highly appreciate if someone from Ireland can tell me if this is how the Citibank Ireland bank statement looks like:

Yet once again, eBay wants me bank verification and yet once again they do not accept the ones I have sent. I am absolutely furious that this is an international bank with operations everywhere and many many client, yet again, they do not accept the Payoneer statement I can provide them.

This is for ebay europe correct?

The eBay account is registered in ebay.com. My bank account is from Payoneer - an EUR bank account from Citibank. Me, myself am from Bulgaria. No issues with the bank account being from other country than Bulgaria, but the only problem is that eBay are not accepting the bank statement I can get from Payoneer. The logo of the bank (in mu case Citibank) must be on the statement. Not needed to say that contacting citibank is impossible for this matter.

You may have to pay for the production of the statement - be careful of random PMs soliciting business...do your appropriate analysis

Yes, I know about that and I have already been contacted with the "real" statements - the ones I can find in 2 minutes in the open net. This is why I am writing here, to fellow ebayers with as much knowledge as mine. Hopefully someone from Ireland or someone using Citibank for real, can help.

I've no idea what a real Citibank Ireland statement looks like, but it certainly doesn't look like that.
