Using Canadian IP and Phone to create US based account.
Do you think if I used Canadian IP and Canadian Phone number to create a US based account , it will work ? I am going to experiment. I suspect it will but cannot be sure until I try.

Creating foreign accounts with foreign IP and foreign phone numbers used to be ok in the old days. But as it's Canada you might be alright, let us know

Thats exactly my point. When it comes to Canada and US it's a bit different as often times they are treated as one single country. Even our country code is the same.

I don't think it will work - I have created my US based accounts with US IP way back, then I can operate with Canadian IP over time.
Using Canadian IP back in the day would automatically flip user into Canada based site with no "country" option as USA selectable - from what I recall; could be different now
