In which countries Paypal allows only FF payments (not GS)

Hi! Do you know in which countries Paypal only allow accounts to receive Friends and family payments, but not Goods and services?
Meaning you technically cannot send GS payment to the account, only FF.
One of such countries is Ukraine. Any other?

You can go to Paypal site and see if there is any information ,Saijin is asking why you ask?
You may want to look into some countries say in Africa,Caribbean countries,Middle East,Eastern Europe

I know, but I want to know what you're trying to do. Why only FnF?

Is it personal or for sales? Because if you use FnF too much they'll ban you
