This is from someone else's buyer account. I just say I have recently seen a major uptick in return requests, not just on egay but Etsy as well. It's the economy I say...

Sellers lose money when you open an INAD dispute as they have to pay return shipping,not to mention their time to list,pack and ship.
Not to mention Ebay earns nothing,zero,zilch !!
They also try to resell your item for a profit,when it looks like they may not be able to do so,and the cc statement comes and they cant pay,so you get your item back.

Good, if the threat of suspension makes buyers rethink their returns strategy then I'm all for it.

Ebay did not remove his buying privilege,so it is just a warning.
A woman in rural Mexico bought many small trinklets on Ebay,sellers will ship with no tracking,they are often stolen so she files INR,Ebay finally remove her buying privilege,she can sell but cannot buy.

She was whining on Ebay seller forum ,she could not understand why her buying privilege has been suspended? as she is telling the truth!
Tracking would be too expensive for the sellers shipping a $3.50 trinklet to MEXICO but there is a way to ship to MEXICO with tracking ,if interested,I will tell you.
