- So I sold an item and have hassle free returns on all my listings, I have never had someone return an item until last week. They returned it with the reason "found a better price". Their tracking says it was delivered on Thursday of last week to the correct zip but I havent gotten anything. Did USPS lose it? Should I just take the loss? I would at least try contacting your local post office before declaring the parcel lost (assuming you used the correct return address). That is quite a loss to take without at least some investigation.
I would give a shout to eBay with information you have, they should escalate case for you and close it in your favor however it doesn't mean that buyer won't manage to open case 2nd time while giving a different reason (not needed anymore, item arrived late, not as described or similar)
