Default Confused About IPBurger Plans – Need Advice for eBay/PayPal etc

Hi All,

I’m in the UK and want to create a new eBay seller account, I will also be creating a Paypal account for purchases on other sites. I used IPBurger before with no problems, but over the last few months I’ve been getting loads of captchas and trouble accessing PayPal and sites like Nike, I was on their Residential Premium plan.

IPBurger’s support are giving me mixed info and I’m not sure what to pick:
Their Residential Premium plan says it’s for creating/managing business accounts (eBay, PayPal, Amazon, Stripe, Etsy).
The Residential Regular plan is described as better for scraping, SEO, ads verification, social, etc.

A support rep told me: “If you open just 1 account, Static Residential IP is fine. If you do more than 1 then use the Dynamic Residential IP” but that conflicts with other advice I’ve read.

Also heard about Fresh Dedicated IP as an option is that actually better for opening or keeping e-commerce accounts?

Questions:
  1. For creating a single eBay account (and using PayPal on websites such as Nike etc), is a static Residential IP usually OK or will that cause flags/captchas?
  2. If I want to manage multiple seller accounts in future, is dynamic Residential IP the right move?
  3. Has anyone had captcha/PayPal access problems specifically on IPBurger’s Residential Premium plan recently?
  4. Is a fresh Dedicated IP the safest/recommended choice for e-commerce account creation and long-term use, or is it overkill/expensive for just one account?

Any recommendations will be appreciated.

If you are in the UK and are using UK Ebay and UK Paypal then there is no need to use IPBurger.

Create a hotspot using your mobile phone and tether to that from your device.
