Default MC011 15 year old account, HELP!

Hi Guys been hit with a MC011, its a genuine account with over 15 years of trading. I can still sell on it but can't withdraw. They require Invoices for the Navigation SD Cards I supply. I don't have them. What should I do? can someone make them for me. Will Pay ££

it is easier for you to buy actual cards , get invoice and edit it

account age does not matter much

that depends on turnover though , if you had significant spikes with risky items the fate of the account may already be sealed and invoices are just a formality

ebay reinstatement works best either on low risk items or on low turnover on risky items

Have you ever received any policy violations or product violations on this account? If not then it can be a successful appeal.
Could create an invoice for you.

Yea i have had listings removed (as they consider them counterfeit) without any evidence to show they are or aren’t.

Yeah invoices are easy to do, worth it to get it appealed.
The other option is keep selling and they will payout after 90 days once it will be restricted. Second option depends if you can afford to have that money tied up.

If all else fails, easy enough to start a new account or purchase one from the forum.

Easy enough to start but harder to maintain for a long time...

Maintaining is easy enough, just depends if selling risky items or not.

maintaining is only easy for people who are not out for large turnovers. I know quite a few people who have no to barely any accounts so when they open a new account they want to develop it to a high level earner and this is where most of these accounts fail as ebay bots are barely visible at lower levels but they do outright cleansing campaigns at higher levels

The biggest mistake people make with fresh stealths/new accounts is getting greedy too fast. They get a few sales rolling and suddenly think they can floor the accelerator to £10k a month straight out the gate.

eBay’s bots don't just care about what you sell, they are absolutely obsessed with velocity. If a newish account suddenly spikes in turnover, it trips every fraud and KYC alarm they have. The bots just assume it's a hacked account or a hit-and-run scammer about to cash out and they nuke it.

Like you said, at lower levels, you can fly under the radar for years. But the second you cross those invisible high-earner thresholds, you get bumped into a different risk tier and the manual reviews kick in.

This is exactly why the golden rule is to go wide, not deep. It’s a million times safer to run 10 accounts doing £1k a month each, rather than trying to force 1 account to do £10k. Juggling the different logins and IPs is easy enough, it's the only way to survive those high-level bot sweeps on stealths.

It is possible to scale large turnovers on a single account, adding tracking numbers as soon as possible and maintaining low number of IND cases.
Easy enough when you know and reduce risk factors to almost zero on your account.

I also find eBay actually give you a call as well to discuss your business.

They've done it to me. Wanted me to enroll in a few programs, I simply said no thanks I'm happy with the way things are.

Buy cheap products from the brand that makes the SD cards, download the invoice and modify the PDF yourself using your eBay account details.

Once done, print it and take a picture of the invoice.

Punch holes into the invoice paper or staple it and age/scruff the paper up a little so it doesn't look like you just printed it (not much of that is needed though)

Works for me
