Wyoming LLC + Woocommerce Store + UK customers

Sooooo I may or may not be charging VAT or be VAT registered but unexpectedly it turns out the majority of customers are from the UK… How ****ed am I?

The US doesn't care if your customers are in the UK but I assume your wyoming LLC will be expected to pay taxes over here.

You mean like a 1099K equivalent for business ,one copy to him and one to the state of WY

It’s pretty clear. Non UK entity, has UK customers meaning I’m obligated to pay VAT. What other details would you possibly need?

No taxes in the Us Without being a tax resident for Wyoming llc. I’m expected to pay tax in my country of tax residence which is neither uk or cyprus

UK won't care about you as long as the details on file with the marketplace and stripe are not associated with the UK in any way incl. address , citizenship and bank account

if the guy has UK details on file he gets reported to HMRC , the US does not care about foreign taxes but reports are still sent if company is associated with the UK

Fair enough. Tapping out of this one then. LLCs can be structured in ways that make it difficult to track down the operator but I'm clueless how it works across borders.

There is no mention of linking his WY LLC with UK government.
He needs to keep record of who the buyers are,UK or USA.
Is he selling physical items?where are they located?

on financial flows they have to identify the beneficiary which will not just be the company but at least one person behind the company. if they are a UK resident HMRC would see the company potentially as UK entity , the US does the same too so that americans running foreign companies can not evade taxes
