sellers doing wholesale purses and shoes?

Not sure where to put this but I have noticed recently people are posting ads on craigslist to wholesale designer purses and also jordans af1s.
The prices are so low for example saw an ad for jordans af1s and purses at $25 each.....how can they make profit I cant seem to get these for less than $30 each and thats from china...whats there secret? There also local to where I live so I can just pick them up.

I have noticed that the local flea marketers can get some of the same products we can get from chinese suppliers but often times they are selling them for the same price or less than direct. There is always one or two asian guys that show up to sell all the As Seen On TV stuff for the same price or less than we (I) can get buying 100+pcs from china. I'm pretty sure there is some network of asians that fill containers up and send 'em over to oakland then split it up.
