Advice about 5 year old account being closed

I need help everybody. The devils just struck again and shut down my account.
its all good info because its my gf account and she doesnt live with me. I havent logged in from any restricted accounts. I have logged in at hotels and computer stores while traveling. need help..have about $1,000 tied up and they reversed my first transfer..less than 5 feedback on very old account from 2005. sold about 15 items some vero but they didnt ever stop me from listing until now. they claimed i needed to link my account but shut me down on paypal before i COULD. I tried to link it and paypal said its already linked. NOW THEY HAVE LINKED IT WITHOUT MY PERMISSION.
They also told my customers that they could NOT pay me with paypal..they are making me look like a criminal and im not. everything is all legit.
I dont want to ship right now because im not going to get screwed.
one more detail. they sent me an email and said they called but couldnt reach me this morning. any advice?

Does it give you steps to lift the limitation or is it a permanent limitation?

What are the specific notices from paypal? I find it easier to analyze if I have that info.

gives steps to remove limitations.
they placed a phone call that morning but she didnt answer. that afternoon it was suspended.
