I would like to use my american EBAY account overseas how do i change my ip?? DO VPN'S REALLY WORK CAN ANYone recommend me?

where overseas do you want to use it? Cameroon?

if so they would definately suspend you with an African ip..

- VPN is often a bad idea as it is detected, but you might be able to get a unique US ip that would be better than your own country ip for you purposes, I dont rate your chances in general though...
