They won't release the limit if you do not give them what they want, but in 180 days you will be able to withdraw the balance.
If it is real or at least close to your real info, then get creative with PS. If it is a stealth account and they are asking for to much, move on and open new account.
As Vic said, if you do nothing, you know what the outcome will be. Give them the information they want. They limit based on risk assessment, if they feel comfortable with what you do, you'll be fine.
