Got double limitation on paypal?!?

About 5 months ago I got paypal limited, they refuse to appeal. Then I have to wait 180 days to get my money. 5 days ago went logged back to paypal to check (cant wait to get my money..almost there), then BAMMM!! yesterday, suddenly I got email from paypal for anti-money laundering limitation to confirm identity.

I emailed paypal, then this is what i got:

We are contacting you because changes to Australian anti-money laundering
laws require PayPal to confirm the account information..bla bla blaaa...
We have placed a partial limitation on your account, preventing you from
sending payments and withdrawing funds....bla bla bla..

Once we have confirmed your information we will lift the partial limitation
and restore your account to its full access. If you do not respond within
45 days, we are required to impose a full restriction, which would also
prevent you from receiving payments...bla bla blaa...


I went to the resolution center to check, there is nothing I can do, there is little note that appeal denied (5 months ago), no possible appeal bla bla..
What the heck?? so i got limited 2x???
ITS BEEN FULLY LIMITED 5 months ago! it seem they just replied using automatic reply or else!..really wierd!

So how about 180 days? i cannot take my money after 180 days pass?? Anyone has experince this before?

Your best bet is to call up PayPal and see what the deal is and what you can do to lift your account.

yes thats real account. I think I will call paypal next month, waiting 180 days to pass. Keep you post. Thanks!

Are you really in Australia or Indonesia? also did you get the email from paypal to say they are holding the funds for 180 days. Because if you did not get that email then you are not going to get any money until paypal tell you they will give you the money back. All you said was paypal not appeal.
