name and vcc on new ebay/paypal account

Ive genuinely moved house and got a new bank account its took me ages to do this

do I still need a virtual credit card or shall i just use the visa debit card long number for ebay ?

also shall I put any old name into ebay and paypal

you can use the visa, but remember if you are limited and are asked for photo of card, it will be hard to edit. vcc are easier to have different name on. alternatively you can use your real name and new address, then you can use visa. In fact an address change is all you need as long as no other links to banned account.

Wait Oompa... From what I'm hearing, you're saying I can use my own name on a new account as long as I have new user account on PC, new IP address, new physical address (but in the same city), new phone number, new bank account, and new credit card???? Cuz this would make things a lot easier...

you are talking about seperate issues, your bank account must always be in your real details.

However all other details must be different to your banned ebay details, some forum members try name and address as a variation of your real details though, its another option.
