Change of address = re-submit photo ID, etc?

So, say I have an account with Paypal (stealth) that has a confirmed address (sent off photo id, etc) and then I want to change the address in the future, how does that work?

Would they ask for new photo id/bank statements, or could I just add a second address and use that?

if you change address under edit, it should be ok, at the most you will be asked to submit id, but unlikely for simple address move..
