Time I have from dispute escelation to submit additional info?? Did something change?
So a buyer filed a dispute, I submitted tracking info which never showed delivery (USPS), then the buyer escalated the dispute to claim.
I shipped the buyer a 2nd item and was going to submit new tracking info to PP which shows delivery. Well before I get a chance to send PP the new tracking info showing delivery, I get an email from PP saying they decided in the buyers favor. But I got the resolution email only 3 days after the dispute was escalated to claim, and the email I got saying it was escalated said I had 5 days to provide additional info.
I don't think this transaction had seller protection, so if I appeal with the new tracking info they probably won't give my money back, will they?
I just don't understand why they told me I had 5 days and then closed it in 3. I have always had more time than that in the past.
