this is a real account, my only account there. | I can't say for sure (Amazon is a little more mysterious than eBay) but I don't think they will hold it against you this early in the game. If your SUSTAINED retrun rate were that high, then I would be worried.
The first time I was selling on Amazon I had my 8th order returned. I was also worried. But they never said anything about it. It was a DVD box set. The return reason was that it was purchased as a gift, but the recipient already had one. So, that was not like a complaint about a defective or counterfeit product.
Unless the buyer has accused you of selling a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ or a defective product, I wouldn't worry too much. And even if defective, it WAS listed as used, after all.
With Amazon there is no 100% certainty, but you should be OK.
