Need to know if after 180 days limited is possible to send money to another person on paypal or is limited only to withdraw money..

You can only withdraw it. Don't try anything else, just incase.

Another thing DO NOT CLOSE your Paypal Attached Bank account or the only way to get your money will be for them to Mail it and that also can take Forever, Not to Mention that the Check will be in the Paypal Account holders Name, and if it is a Stealth account then you may have Problems Cashing the check

For Canadian bank to withdraw US money from US-based Paypal account, you need to go to RBC and open US bank account.
