Limited PP ac, but with ability to withdraw funds

Hello everyone, i just have a quick question;
I have a limited stealth pp ac, with no bank or cc on it,limited for more than 180 days, with ability to withdraw fund. Now my question is, can i withdraw the funds to any bank ac. or i need a bank ac with same name as pp ac?
If anyone did this before, please share your experience.

You need a bank account that is not on any previous paypal account.
A fresh one!

Or they can send you a cheque money order etc
