Default How to go "Creative" with sameshipping adress on Ebay?

Hey what's up, i had my ebay account to buy some stuff, unfortunately, i opened the account from my normal OS and surfed the web and asked prices about items (I run my ebay buying account from a virtual OS but didn't think it was a big deal, too bad).

So i want to open a new account, my question is, have you ever writeen the same shipping adress but altered some letters to prevent being limited? i'm pretty sure 1 or 2 around here have done it, if so, can you give me some examples please? just for the record!!

I probably open a po box and that's it, but i would like to have some cool ideas just in case, thank you anyway!!

My dad puts a 1 at the end of the address and it works for him. He did the same with paypal.

What i started doing, is i buy the item with the address i want them to ship it to then i tell them i am having trouble paying for the item through eBay and that if they can send me their email address they want me to send the money via paypal. I send the money as money owed that way PayPal wont give them my address to ship it to they just see my name and email. (no linking) + (away around sellers that only ship to confirmed addresses)

I do it all the time. An easy way is to add a zero before or after the address number. I also change words like Street to Drive and alter the zip code. I have two UPS boxes and a Home address. These all have worked for me. Ideas below.

450 Woodbridge Street

0450 Woodbridge Drive

0450 Woodbridge Lane

450 Woodbridge Avenue #450

Hope this helps.

Dont forget about the shipping tool. If buyer uses it to ship and enters address that address can be associated with your paypal. I just learned that the hard way by getting a seller to ship to my house. He manually entered my address into paypal

What damage that will cause has yet to be seen. But I'm pretty sure it will bite me at some point.

Default Good info But still confused

I have 3 new stealth accounts that I'm still in the works of setting up. I.E. Adding bank...adding user accounts...etc. Recently suspended from a legit account with my real address. I want to RECEIVE packages...from one of these accounts.....I BUY a lot too....but Im hella scared to add even anything close to my real address to my NEW stealth paypal...to receive my package.

Has anyone successfully added a 1 or 0 to a suspended address and it worked?

Im thinking I should just buy a po box and be done with it....but funds are TIGHT!

This should be used if you are limited with options. It does add to the risk of being linked if someone looks close. If they suspect you are linked this would confirm it if looked at for sure

I made the same mistake with my home addy. You may be able to play around a little with the letters and numbers but if you want to guarantee that it won't become a probem, you should look into a UPS box (preferable) or a PO Box. The UPS addy is good in that it isn't a PO address. Sometimes you'll get hassled if you are using a PO Box. Good Luck!

NO, it is the number and zip bots pic up on, so vay one or other to make a different combination, so changing the street to avenue is not going to work

Another ways that have worked is for 123, you can use 1-23, 1/23, 123-A, lots of options.

Your best bet is to open up an UPS box. You pay around $30-$45 for the first three months. It's typically all due up front, but you receive an "address" rather than a "POBOX."
I would recommend this as it's definitely worth the fee as I made it back VERY quickly.

I have 3 UPS addresses currently and this method works great!

messing with using your own address is risky. And unless you have no choice its not worth the risk. You are talking about the system that you make money off. Is saving 20 bucks worth losing that? Not for me.

Worked for me. I did exactly as the example above, how can you be so sure when I've got it tried and tested?
