and they sell huge amounts of items for very low prices (most popular titles)

the question is how they can do buy now with zero feedbacks and brand new accounts?

I don't have an answer to your 1 million dollar question, but I have a 2 million dollar question:

- How can they list a huge amount of items without getting the MC010 Identity Verification and their listings pulled?

They may be accounts added to existing accounts. I bought two items once and they were different user ids, but all the communication was identical. So guessing same company with more then one account. Both were huge too. 100k plus feedbacks

The principle is this: "The more sh*t you throw at the wall, some of it is bound to stick"...

That's how they can keep functioning.

yes my friend try just one of many "P90X" in ebay search then look at the cheapest multiple sales over 30-40 a day for 45usd

on 0 feedback accounts

more then 15 of them thats gives you around 1000 units sold one day

45000 usd on this only stuff
how they do that????

and thats just one item not mentioning many more

They have prob found ways to avoid the shortterm killbots. By the time they are caught, sale is done - item shipped - don't know about money in paypal being stuck in limitation...maybe paypal china is easier to withdraw from.

eBay can shut down sales even months later, remove listings and whatever but damage done.

How long do they last though? I think the reason they all keep popping up is because they also keep getting shut-down. You could theoretically make hundreds of stealth accounts, have a huge sale, wait till the account gets shut-down and just wait the 180 days for your money, it just seems meaningless.

I thought about that for a long time too. How do these guys sell so much high risk items with 0 feedback? I saved a bunch in the my favorite sellers list. They were selling hundreds of MAC make-up, ⊗⊗⊗⊗ HDMI cables, etc. About two weeks later though they had all become "no longer registered users".
