Default Do you ever ignore Ebay "Buyers" Questions

I have a .99 auction of cosmetics and yes it is vero. The person emailed me and ask me if it is authentic i was vague. then they emailed me later with a ton of photo request. I don't have time for that ANyway just curious if everyone answers every little whim of every potential buyer. ANyway not gonna do it. They will probably get me pulled. THinking about sending an email that states i will get right on that right before the auction ends.

Yeah if you don't want to answer, then just don't and if you think he going to cause problems then block him from bidding.

Yeah. If the question raises alarm bells, like the authenticity of the item then I ignore them and block them from bidding/buying. Usually it's a sign of problems to come if they buy the item.

WHy were you vague? Is there something that you are not supposed to do?
it is NOT auth products?

I wouldn't screw with people's health if I were you, that's just not cool at all.

Yea, I'd never sell cosmetics! You don't know what crap has been put in there. Even legit cosmetics have nasty chemicals in them, nevermind Chinese made ones.

I ignore about 85% of questions... Either waste of time to answer or they are asking about authenticity.

no it isnt an authenticity question I get alot of, its stuff that is in the listing, that they have not read, and on powerseller accounts we are talking 10 emails every time I log in, so if I am bothered to read them I might reply - yes it is - or something, and alot of them are - can you get it to reach me for such and such a date - and Im like yes I can

but it is tiring on my manicured fingers

I noticed alot of these questioners never actually buy - I am quite happy with the person that asks no questions, just does instant payment and leaves good feedback the rest can be time-wasters

haha, tell me about it... I used to answer these kind of stupid questions all the time, but eventually noticed they never buy anything.

I get some really stupid ones. Most of them I ignore unless I get the idea that the person is generally interested.

I do try to answer most of my questions and can get a lot of them at times. But with what I sell, I expect those type of questions and if I ignore them or just blow the question off, then more than likely I will not sell the item. That's just the way it goes in my catagory.

Now...on the other hand...you always have your idiots that ask questions that have the answers WITHIN your auction descriptions.

i try and answer as many questions as i can and check the box so the response is added to the listing but if its one about authenticity i usually ignore it and hope that answer there question.
