How to hide your auctions from unwanted buyers!

So my question is simple. How do I block and hide so that certain buyer will not be able to see my auctions?

You can only block them from bidding, you can't block them from seeing it.

There's no way you can prevent them seeing the item you've listed on the marketplace. You can, however 'block bidders', this prevents them from bidding/buying any items you have for sale.

Hide it - no. Sorry, you can't hide it from the VeRO members you'd love not to see it that would make life so much easier.

All you can do is block bidders based on certain countries, feedback, etc.

I know it's illegal but what if I know someone was going to gives negative feedback and I would hack their eBay account only to leave a positive for myself. I think a good way to avoid future hassle. You must corruption with corruption or else someone must loose along the way lol !

I am simply tired of this bs to be honest... Recently I sold a product that one of the buyers claims to be counterfeit. He said he wanted a refund so I issued a full refund right away. I applogized and explained to him why it was not. After refunding his money he did not respond for entire week so i sent him another email asking him to return the product. He replied that he knows for sure it wasn't genuine product and that if he returned it he would be aiding to the crime. What a piss of ****! He is using this as an excuse to steal my product that cost me around 300$ and claims that he is innocent. Now tell me who is the criminal!

You should never refund a buyer's money on eBay before they have returned the product to you. If you were selling a product that has absolutely no problems with it your policy should be that you need the product shipped back to you before you give a refund. If they buyer claims that your product is counterfeit you should speak to the buyer AS NICE AS POSSIBLE using a plethora of "pleases" and "thank you's" and "sorry's" to completely bend over backwards for the customer. You should also ask for the item back very very nicely and calm the buyer down as much as you can. Most people forget how important communication is when trying to solve any dispute.

I used to receive negative feedbacks when I was starting out as an eBay seller. However since then I have learned to convince and manipulate buyers into believing anything I say. Be authoritative but at the same time the sweetest person they have ever spoken to online. Cater to them by being super-nice while at the same getting exactly what you really want out of the situation such as: convincing the buyer that the item is NOT counterfeit (I have done this plenty of times), convincing the buyer to not return the item and to keep it because to return the item would not make any financial sense, or at the very least have the item sent back to you and only then provide a full refund minus your shipping cost. These 3 situations always avoid receiving a negative feedback of course. Unless a buyer's first action is to leave my a negative feedback I can ALWAYS talk them out of whatever they were thinking. This is a skill that any successful salesperson should know. Remember: Always be closing. Either you win the situation or your buyer does do not ever let buyers intimidate you. Kill them with kindness and then get your way.
