Activity: 25% Longevity: 83% | | Auctiva - New Ebay account
Ok I am currently signed up to Auctiva, but the account I was using it for is suspended. I want to use Auctiva for a new account and others.
I understand one can have mulitple Ebay accounts per Auctiva account. Can someone tell me the process?
Thanks in advance for any help

What I do in the US is sign up for the free month, then a couple of days before it's up I contact them ( use file a support case) then tell them the email and user of the one that pays. Say this is a free account under that account that pays for a monthly fee. Then keep doing it over and over....

i think what he is saying is... If you pay for 1 auctiva, all the rest of the stealths are free... But the question is, which plan do you pick the 9.95 to get all the rest free?

Not sure if this will get deleted since the mods like to moderate all my posts. Anyway ... i responded about making 2... into 3 waiting to see their response
Hello,
Thanks for contacting us.
Thanks for contacting us regarding this matter. Unfortunately, you will not be able to link multiple eBay accounts with single Auctiva account and vice versa. I would like to inform you that only one eBay account will be linked with one Auctiva account. If you have another eBay ID you need to create a new Auctiva account.
If you have two eBay accounts linked with two different Auctiva accounts and if one of the Auctiva account is under the $9.95 Unlimited Plan or $19.95 Premium Plan then we can combine the two accounts to be under one billing account and then you will just have to pay the charge for one Auctiva account.
Please respond this case to let us know what is the user name of your new Auctiva account so that I can combine that new account to your old Auctiva account and you will be paying only for old account while using both accounts. Please be advised that on your new account you will get 500MB of image hosting instead of 1GB.
If you have any additional questions or concerns pertaining to your Auctiva account, please feel free to let me know, and I’ll be happy to continue assisting you.
Thank you,
Auctiva Support

Hi again,
Thanks for getting back to us.
You would have to pay just for one Primary account and rest of the two we will place under multi account plan.
Please let me know if i can be of further assistance.

Welcome to Auctiva! While we may support eh ability to use multiple eBay accounts from one Auctiva account with a future site update, you must currently have a separate Auctiva account for each eBay account. However, we will allow you to use all of your accounts while only paying the price of one account provided that you are using one of our plans that include unlimited listings. The least expensive unlimited listing plan is the Standard plan, which is $9.95 per month.

Great info! Thanks for the breakdown. One question. Will ebay have anyway of knowing about the accounts, if one goes down will they all? Or does Auctiva protect you from that? Thanks. Quote:

First you open a free month acct/Auctiva ( after you have a 1st payed acct running)
Then at almost the end of the thirty days you touch 'Home', press contact us, press 'file a support case'.
Tell them you have the multi acct plan (9.99) and you want to add this acct to it (which is free) and mention how much you love Auctiva...
Note: when you get suspended, delete as much as you can, change the header name to the new acct name so when you print invoices.....
Go to acct preferences and change the phone and email to the new one acct. then press update...
Press ebay in settings, press get new token, Presto! remember getting tokens renewed means Ip, user acct change etc... which you should know anyway!

Sometimes you want to keep templates... I do that but change fonts, wording a pinch etc.. it's ok.

Yea you may be right, they stopped it after awhile with me so I just reused them. I didn't know that it was discontinued. Inkfrog works just as good but the feedback is always the same on all of them.

Yea that's what stopped me back then. I kept on asking till someone there noticed I had a poup load of accts so they said no more.
I said inkfrog is good for 9.99 a month unlimited ebay users...I didn't like them because they had the same return feedback to all my buyers across all accts.

You can try Push Auction, I haven't yet. I see people using them on EB. They are stealthy types like us too..
