Partners bank card on Entropay account

My Entropay account is in my own name with my own details but after a few weeks I lost my bank card and had to add funds to the Entropay account asap so I registered my partners card to the account and topped it up.

Now Entropay have limited my account and asked for a photocopy of this funding source with the middle digits blanked out.

Now this card has a different name on it, ie, my name is Smith and hers is Jones.

So what will Entropay do if I send a copy of the correct bank card with a name other then the account holders on it?

That would look sketchy to En tro pay - best to fix your name and send it in.
