2 accounts: Same IP, different addresses. Will they be linked?

I need to open a new account due to a suspension and have already changed my IP. If my wife uses her current account, will Ebay link ours together (and hence my old suspended account) due to the same IP, even if we have different mailing addresses? I have since paid for a virtual address.

You are really in need of the basics or the new account wont go very far. It is in your best interest to get the Stealth Book and hone up on the basics. You try do this the way you are and you and your wife will lose accounts

Thanks so much for the advice! So, as long as I have a new IP, open new accounts for both myself and my wife with virtual addresses, phone numbers, and new banking, we should be safe, correct?

Also, being that I have two accounts still active (though restricted for 30 days), I would still like to be able to use them on occasion. Can I safely access them from locations outside my home (airports or hotels) without risking some sort of link since it's the same laptop for my stealth accounts at home?
