Questions about new account

I'm in NYC my account was suspended and paypal limited.
Would setting up a corporation help get back on eBay. Will I need to provide personal info. Like id ss# bills. Etc. Under my name or would I be hidden through te corporation. How would they verify my corporation. In trying to set up a seller account

I',m in NYC too and I tried the same exact thing and my 2nd account was banned when I went to get my limits raised. The convo went like this:


Agent:
"I see that another agent told you you would be able to resume normal activity after 90 days if you started a LLC, but he was wrong so I am going to ban you now."

Me:
"But sir, I just spent $3,000 setting up a corporation in the city of New York, which is extremely expensive."

Agent:
"Oh wow. Unfortunately there's nothing I can do. You'll see in a few minutes that your account will be inactive."
