Paypal verification steps per country

Hi guys,

simple question again...

does anyone know where I can obtain a list of all the countries accepted by paypal and what is needed to verify them?

Some like UK need a bank account and a (V)CC and a phone number to verify it fully, but im sure there are some countries which have quite basic requirements to verify it fully, like Argentina (i think?)

anyway, if you know what im talking about, id appreciate a point in the right directions.

Either bank account or VCC will do the job. Make sure u have the phone number ready just in case

Yeh i got that bit - but I (1) wanted to know which countries specifically ask for CC for verification and I (2) wanted to know which countries ask for bank account for verification

Cortex, you can get a french paypal and sell in UK.... You can verify french paypals with vcc alone, no bank account required.

Yeah, I think you need a French bank account to withdraw....

Couldn't you just create a seperate UK paypal with your bank attached and then transfer your funds from the French paypal into your UK bank attached paypal and withdraw that way?

This is not a really good business strategy. Transferring funds every week to the same account, or even other accounts, will raise red flags (or french flags) at some point

No doubt RSOT..recently upgraded my neural networks to Ver4.0.
