Paypal limited for buying stuff !!!???

I recently got stealth paypal+ebay acc. !!!
I waited 15 days untill I sold like 1 item on ebay !
After 22 days I sold another ! (cca 150$ total)
I got + feedback on those on my ebay for those !
And I tried to spend like 45$ for something online from Verified seller !
And my Paypal acc got limited (asking for SSN, proof of delivery and invoice) case ID was that bought thing not sold !
And this was Digital Delivery !!!??
And seller Paypal was OK and mine was limited althought it states on mine that it waits "other side response" !!!??
And this seller is like huge seller, verified, legit etc ....

Does this means that Stealth US accs.. can not be used for buying ?
I know it can because all of you are using it .. but WTF .. I bought for 45$ and got limited !!???

Now I have to wait 180 days to withdraw because no chanse to lift ban (coz no SSN) and 50% I will have to pay to those who can withdraw to US bank ACC !!! :(

How you use those you earn ?
Seems liek you aint so free on that subject too !
Do money have to lay down for some time ? (I know that new 21 day limit from ebay, wich I passed coz I got + feedback)
But seems like you cant spend your money any way ?
I do not want to even to talk about withdrawls !!!

You prob spent the money TOO fast. What did you sell? Digital delivery - i don't follow.

You either got limited from taking money too fast or what you were selling - I need some more info.

And how do you access US pa yp al - VPN?

Yea probobly too fast :( but how long do I have to wait !?
Digital delivery = monthly subscription for MMORPG game ! (sent code to e-mail- no hardcopy)
I doubt I got limited because for selling ... my ebay still OK !
Probobly I spent money too fast ... :(

I sold 2 games !
I acess via proxy (but same every time) IP do not change !
I am 99.9% it is not because IP .... was not never before (Mean to say all was ok before acessing like this)
Like I said they sent me e-mail in which they stated that they need more info about my last payment 1
And It was 55$ :(

But the games you sold were delivered physically?

It is also possible that your proxy IP is not liked by pa yp al - YES they have a LOT of auto-trackers in place and that's why your eb ay can be ok but pp goes down.

And to clear up - you BOUGHT something digital? how new is the seller? he might also be blocked for selling that kind of stuff.

The seller aint blocked ! He is not new ! His Gaypal still works (he continue to sell)
Only I got blocked !
Whats bugging me .. why the hell I got blocked upont that purchase 1
If the problem was what I was selling then I would be warned to provide info for sold items etc .. like usuall !
But this time I got blocked for buying (they pointed transaction Id wich was on purchase I made)! They wanted more info upon purchase I made !

Thats what confusing me !

Yea maybe IP not liked by gaypal ... but I doubt .. becouse all other acc I have are all ok !
So its that purchase I did on 55$ !!?? :(

I did not wanted to spend all money because I did not want to look like I want to get rid of all $$$ from my acc. .... and get red flaged !
I tried to simulate normal user !
But got fu*ked anyway !

My ebay still OK ! Meaninng ... some red flag at gaypal was given !

Could anyone tell me roughly how much $ I can use per month with gaypal and e*bay to NOT GET RED FLAGED ?
I mean I can receive like 300-400$ per month on ne w gaypal&e*bay acc ? and spend let say 300$ ???
Is that considered "normal" ?
