New Paypal Permanent Limitation, Paypals Fault and I need to dispute a 3k Item??help

Ok so I made a Paypal account just to purchase a $1300 Mac book air, I had been charged not once, not twice but THREE Times for that transaction.
I made 1 Unauthorized Transactionclaim with bank. They limited me asking for proof of ID and Bank. This was provided. They had 1300 that they currently owed me as my PP balance, I tried to withdraw it multiple times but they limited each time.

Currently its a PERMANENT limitation because of that and I guess due to the fact I ay have sent a 3K mass payment to this paypal too.

Now I dont care if I lose this account reallly, but problem is I bought a 3K watch from a 1000Feedback seller and got a ⊗⊗⊗⊗, whats the best way to dispute? This is all PP balance so no cc chargeback.

PP limited,, Ebay Clean.... Whats the best way to dispute? Ebay orPP?
Will they support a Permanently limited buyer?

So what do you want to happen? Have the seller refund your pp so you'll have $4300 that you can't collect? I'm still stuck on how you got charged 3 times for the Mac and why you only asked your bank to reverse only 1 and not both of the unauthorized transfers. But HOW did they manage to charge you 3 times without your permission? Then while the account is limited you send 3k to this account? Something stinks.

No your confusing 2 things here.

FIrst I piad for a Made a new pp/ebay to make a laptop purchase.
Made them and added bank to pp, instantly sent 1.3K transaction.
PP limited me instantly and canceled payment ( was told by pp rep payment never went through)
So he unliimited my account and send "Just repay for the item" I did, not knowing there would be total of 2 charges ready to hit my account.
Now since there were 2 charges, bank balance just $2000, one was rejected land it happend to be the one that was for the a laptop and not the canceled one.


Anyways its a really long story, basicly I have already put 2/3 of the transactions as Unathorized from bank.
My issue is dealing with 3K watch which I got a mass payment from my other account.

3 k watch and 1.3K laptop both seprate sellers.

Setting pp aside, selling a replica watch for 3k opens up a bunch of legal issues for the seller. Contact the police dept in the seller's hometown, they'll have an interest in talking with you. If the seller send you the watch by US Mail, contact your local postal inspector. Document everything, who you talked to, case number, date, time and so on.

You might just notify the seller of your intentions to contact those ppl and may be he'll be more willing to work with you. Leave pp out for now, no good having them hold your $4300 for 180 days. You can always have the police detective handling your case call pp, they tend to be a lot more persuasive than someone with a limited PP account.

ok Thanks for your help, im starting the process today ..
And they wont be holding 1.3K since I did call my bank to cb the amount.
They will only be holding 3K which is still a big chuck =(
