Default Being blacklisted by the bank...banks a lot for that!

My bank mentioned that if I did not pay off my student account overdraft, I would be blacklisted by them. I had not paid anything into that account for months and this is the reason why they have mentioned it to me.

They said they may pass me on for 'collection'

Has anyone here been blacklisted and lived to tell the tale?

Banks can be a solid friend if you use them well - no offense to you but why don't you pay it off to be in good standing?

I have only just left University and only just got back onto ebay making money, this overdraft is near £2500 Pens and pencils were expensive at my University....:D

I have just arranged payments into the account every month to show I am not leaving it standing their! This is their biggest issue, I was using a different account (stealth) for my money to go into and not using my student account all of a sudden.

Wish the bank would have mentioned I only had to put a small amount in each month! Had to search for it myself on the internet...

Yeah - student loans only required minimum payments typically. Speak to them - clear $hit up - they understand - do NOT go delinquent and get bad credit history because of this - it is NOT worth it.

After, back to business! 2% cut to me ha
