Paypal Email Addys

Gday all i have a case right now in which im writing a letter to paypal in regards to my account being lifted or funds released alot sooner. some may say it wont work some will say it will.
i dont care im giving it a crack.
i have seen the list of address for these people and 90% are out dated
does anyone have any working email adress i can forward this letter onto

even 1 or 2 that save me not having to go through there site
